Planning; Script

Welcome back Gems. Today y'all are getting the first look into the movie AKA the script. You get to see the words on the page before it happens. So I hope you enjoy feel free to interpret and speculate until the movie is out.


Location of scene (LOS): entrance of carnival


Veronica: I’m glad you agreed to come with me 

Jessica: well when someone’s spam calling you and banging at your door it’s kinda hard to say no

Veronica: well i’m sorry for wanting to help my friend, and you were upset, you know after you and-

Jessica: yeah i know, i don’t wanna talk about it

(2 wristbands please)

Veronica: well we all know she was in the wrong

Jessica: c'mon let’s go

LOS: walking down the rides


Veronica: omg, do you remember our trio last year, what was that girls name again?

Jessica :Amanda?

Veronica: YEAH, her mom called me the other day…

Jessica: oh, about what…?

Veronica: apparently she went missing, but i don’t buy it, she’s always been like this, which is why she isn’t our friend anymore

Jessica: you’re right, i never really liked her

Veronica: yeah, she treated you really bad

Jessica: she was probably jealous

Veronica: jealous?

Jessica: well we spent more time together without her

Veronica: well it’s her fault your boyfriend left you so, can you blame us?

Jessica: you’re 100% right

Jessica: Hey V?

Veronica: yeah jess?

Jessica: is it just me or is that guy following us?

Veronica: you’re right….lets start walking away quick but act normal

(they start to run to mirror maze)

Jessica: LET'S GO TO THE MIRROR MAZE 

HURRY!

LOS: Mirror maze

Veronica: jess where’d you go? jess?!?

Jessica: V? (CLANG) V GET OUT OF HERE

Veronica: WHATS WRONG?

Jessica: GO I'LL MEET YOU

(they bump into each other)

(veronica gets stopped and jessica keeps running)

LOS: outside mirror maze

(jessica looks back to see if she’s behind)

Jessica: V???

LOS: in mirror maze again

Amanda: hey v

Veronica: how do you know me….

Amanda: you really don’t recognize my voice….

Veronica: what….

(slightly reveal)

(veronica gasps)

Hey Gems. Welcome back as promised here is the blog were I felt everything went wrong. But we'll get into that. This blog is not A Glimpse in my Chaotic Mind, because I wouldn't have done that, rather a look into someone else's mind. We beforehand asked each ride or game attendee can we film. When we asked Mr. Attitude’s response was “no, how many?” Then when we were trying to explain the situation to him he just scanned the game-card and told us to go in. Music Video CCR

Hi Gems. It's that lovely time again. Reflection blog. Seeing what I've done or didn't do to learn from it. So let's get right into this. The most common convention seemed to be the actor (in most cases the singer) lip-syncing to the lyrics during all or most of the music video. However for us lip-syncing did not align with the section of the song we chose to use. We also told a story which is a consistent convention within the genre, majority of these have ambiguous endings, similar to our video. This was because the major event had happened. What was filmed was one piece of the puzzle. What followed was left to the viewer as the question 'are we still friends' was proposed. If was the resolution of the video even though it did tie up all the loose ends. This allows the views to form their own conclusions about the relationship of the friends after the music video has ended.  I would not say the video deals with a major social issue but friends murdering each o...

Production; Wrapped in black

Hey Gems.  I hope you enjoyed my rant about about motorcycles last blog. Today's blog is going to be less aggressive. Yes, I know the title is deceiving. But what do you expect when this is a glimpse into my chaotic mind. However today is all about my costume. Let's get into this.   My character Amanda (spoiler) is the stalker so we decided all black would be the best option.  A hoodie was also included in the outfit as to make to reveal more dramatic. Shall we break this outfit down like they do on the red carpet.  A black hoodie that was slightly oversized to have a hood that would cover my face. The face covering that was actually a black scarf which was used instead of a face mask. And I think the worst decision made on my part, black boots with an wedge. Don't get me wrong I love my boots but as a stalker running around a fair, a pair of Converses would have been a relief. The hoodie and boots were paired with dark blue jeans. Side note the nails ...
