Title Research; Panic Room


Welcome back Gems. Today the research we've learned is being used to break down an opening sequence. The movie being used is Panic Room. Let's get into this. 

The titles displayed are as follows: presented by, production, actors (biggest stars), movie title, actors , casting ,costume designer, music by, film editors, produced by, written by and directed by.

The titles were show in the building and background of New York also working as an establishing shot. Creating the setting and feeling for the movie.

The opening creates a feeling that is unaware of what is to occur. The titles presents the opening as though everything is fine and normal.

  Welcome back Gems. Today the research we've learned is being used to break down an opening sequence.  The movie being used is Gone Girl. Let's get into this.  The website I have decided to use is: http://www.artofthetitle.com/ What titles are displayed during the opening sequences? They display that it is a David Fincher film Based on the novel by Gillian Flynn, Written by Gillian Flynn and Scott Huff. They also mention the actors like Rosamund Pike, Ben Affleck, Neil Patrick Harris, Tyler Perry, Carrie Coon, Kim Dickens, Patrick Fugit, and Lisa Banes.   Hey I’m so glad you called. So… I can totally answer that. So for our movie, our project, the fair game, we used voice over to allow a clearer sound for our movie. So when we were filming we had a lot of sound defects being that the place was so popular and it was so full and there was a lot of people. A that means there was a lot of sound and noise coming through. we used voiceover using voice memo to allow for a cleaner sound. So we all recorded our individual lines and we recorded them separately. and then we sent them to each other, therefore, they could be layered and merge together like a proper conversation. so to allow that, it couldn’t just be you saying every single line just like just running through it, it wouldn’t flow like a proper conversation. so we had to film line and that would be the end of the recording. film the line stop end the recording. another line stop. send it to each other therefore it could be layered with the other person’s so it can a conversation...
